Beware of playing the ones under $1, the whipsaw can be brutal.

Please check your latest results post - all seems to have been profitable when two are losses, and the net loss shows up as a gain in total equity.
Not a criticism of the system. Going forward I would rather see modest trade sizes (e.g., $10,000 per trade) as this is more realistic than thinking you can short $400,000 into a single penny stock. I know it is more of a demonstration than actual trading, but as such it would be more informative to see how the system works with smaller bets over time. Most folks would never keep going all-in as you are showing. Just a thought as we start off the new year.

Village Elder,
1. It was a mere typo lol, it was meant to say "Gain".
2. I've never allocated $400,000 in a single stock because of liquidity reasons. But take note that I have been diversifying more since the portfolio is getting larger. But it is a thought I will consider.

@ksk8,
Piling on here,
by my calculations of your transactions since Jan 6 your balance should be over half a million.

You're right!
On January 7th I forgot to factor in the $18,000 and $17,000 profits.
Adjusted, the total equity should be sitting at $524,736.
However, I have enough confidence with my trading that I expect this portfolio to get there either way, so I'm fine letting it sit at $485,116.

Just for discussion to make those uncomfortable with shorting feel better.
Hypothetically assuming you place a 20k trade shorting a stock how much of a buffer would you need to feel comfortable assuming some stocks can go up 600% or more. In other words what would be your account size or ratio.
Your system is ideal for someone who is broke ass with nothing to lose in case of a real bad spike, will they close you out before it gets real bad and or is there a way to get off the hook or set it up where they can't get your assets.
And I still contend since you are never really going All in in real life your return will be more in line with a decent long system without the risk of unlimited losses. For sure you will claim your system never losses 600% but it has lost 50-100% so it is possible. I mean if you were going to be honest you would say you might be playing 2-5% per stock plus subtracting borrowing fees. So what are you making then? That's the real deal.

I've already warned about the brutal drawdowns and the risks it encompasses. But to clarify, there is not one stock from any filter I've posted which spiked even close to "600%" the following day.
That aside, note, I've capitalized multiple 10%er's in a row. I could allocate even a small fraction of the portfolio into candidates and it would still outperform practically any other system by a large margin.
If I really wanted to, I could probably reach #1 on that 2nd rate hedge fund site in just a few months.

Maybe you would make it top 1 in a few months, but even those 2nd rate members would sniff out the fact that it's a Monopoly Money system so you wouldn't make a dime.
