Cool I get level 2 quotes on FITB.....99% of the time I get ineligble Level 2 Symbol? What dose that mean?

FAZ...I will take profits here at 76.50 ...two trips for $3.50+$3.44
TWM...closed at 83.85 for $1.40
I still believe these have move downside, but you never know.
